Vasileios S. Kottas
I am a lawyer (Athens Bar Association, reg. no. 44670) and an accredited mediator (reg. no. 3076) based in Athens. My primary field of scientific and professional practice is Public Law, with a strong focus on Public Procurement Law, an area in which I am pursuing my PhD at the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
With studies at the Sorbonne and three master's degrees (LL.M. & M.Sc.) — in European Business Law, Energy & Environmental Law, and Technology & Business Management — I approach my clients' cases holistically. I also serve as an instructor at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA) and at vocational training centres (SAEK).
As a cadastral mediator, I assist in the out-of-court resolution of disputes over inaccurate land registry entries. My training in Greek Sign Language interpretation supports universal and equal access to legal services.
